Age Restrictions.

At Briarmoth we abide by set code of ethics. This includes restricting bookings for services to persons above the age of 18 years of age.


Payment of Services

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of a Reading or any of the services you have requested of Briarmoth. Split payment is not currently accepted, Payment must be made via the website.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before checkout.

All prices are in AUD. Payments are converted into AUD and as such you must make the appropriate payment that equates to the Australian dollar.


Product Care.

Some of our products do have an expiry date, specific care methods may be mentioned on the labeling or in the product description online or a combination of both, as the ingredients are natural and in some products can go off if unused or not storred properly. All product care information can be found on the labeling and or in the product description on the website.

Querent Code of Ethics (Client of a Reading)

Once a booking has been confirmed and you are in your appointment - please ensure you respect the Reader by being available on time, not intoxicated by alcohol or drugs and have secured a space and time where you will not be disturbed, as distractions of noise or interruption will result in the cancellation of your reading if it disturbs the appointment.

We do not permit recordings of a reading that the Reader has not agreed to prior to commencement, any attempt to digitally record a reading without the reader’s consent, will result in legal action to protect intellectual rights and to respect the reader’s boundaries.

We ensure an authentic and honest reading, however, we cannot replace any medical support including the role of a medical professional. We are not licensed psychologists, we can not facilitate any mental health issues or other medical needs. If you suffer from mental illness we recommend you discuss things with your GP, to organise professional counselling. We can offer spiritual guidance and support however it is advised if services beyond the capacity of this business is required that you take the required steps to ensure your wellbeing yourself.

We will not ask about details for your reading, regarding your personal background, personal life etc, however these things may come up as doors to solutions during a session.



Service Cancellation Policy

A refund will not be issued if you have canceled your appointment past the 24-hour notice required. We understand life can get busy so we allow you to reschedule at no additional charge, so long as you have supplied 24 hours notice prior to your appointment with SoulTether. This is because if you book a time for a reader and cannot attend this short hands the reader where another on-time client could have had an appointment.

Unless special circumstances prevent you from attendance we cannot consider a refund, as the time you purchased has been used whether you are present or not. If a reading has been completed and you request a refund, it will not be issued as you have gone through the entire reading and the Reader has put in a lot of focused energy into delivering you a positive and informative reading and has completed the service for the entire booked and allotted time, regardless of whether you after the fact decided you don’t want it, a reading, unlike physical products, cannot be returned.

You may discuss a refund as a possibility with the Reader, however, it must be requested 10 minutes into the reading and no longer. Any requests beyond 10 min into the reading, will be declined.

A Reader can cancel a reading if they feel threatened, abused or uncomfortable. A refund will be issued only in special cases.

Contact Online and Other

There are a lot of scamming accounts on social media attempting to siphon business by lying to customers. They often have an additional letter in the bio name, will have copied images from our actual account, Often will DM you and offer you a reading, will claim to have a sense about you in text-based conversation and continue to offer you a reading for payment into a random account. SoulTether does not have any other social media accounts other than the ones listed on this site. We will never message you directly to offer you a reading. The only way to book is through the website. If you are unsure, please email us via our contact us form here. Please block and report any of these scam accounts should you come across them.


Vouchers & Special Offers.

Vouchers and Special offers can only be offered via the official channels. This includes our mailing list, Official Instagram or Official Facebook. The valid duration of a voucher varies. Each voucher or special offer is subject to change. Please ensure you are subscribed to the our mailing list to ensure you get the most recent information about all our offers and vouchers.


Corporate Events

All corporate events are only bookable by email, all other general bookings can only be done via the Book A Reading page on our website our through our listed reading locations. To book a corporate event, you must provide one weeks notice (seven days), to secure your booking.

50% Deposit is required at time of Booking to secure your event and is non refundable, the remaining 50% is required 24 hrs prior to scheduled event.

We will not participate in events that are un-ethical towards people, the planet or animals.
