Payments and National Shipping

All prices are in AUD. Payments are converted into AUD and as such you must make the appropriate payment that equates to the Australian dollar. Respectively we ask you check the currency conversion rates with your bank, if you are ordering from an overseas location and read our international shipping locations before purchase (see below category).

We ship our orders via Australia Post, delivery times will vary pending location, however all orders are sent trackable and you will receive the tracking number to navigate the postage times via email once order has been processed and sent.

As such please ensure your address, email address and all relevant contact information is up to date, to ensure your order reaches its destination correctly. Any orders sent to an incorrect address, gets lost or needs to be re-sent, will be charged accordingly at the customer’s expense.

Orders that are 100 dollars and above purchases that are within Australia, are free postage. A shipping fee for orders under 100 AUD of fifteen dollars on top of order cost applies. If Item exceeds the flat rate, customers will be notified and the cost of shipping may require payment matching the increased value.


International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand. Some places in Europe and the UK are limited (as mentioned below). To check your country’s elegability, please email us before ordering via the contact section here. International payments are near impossible to refund due to shipping elegability so please ensure you have read through our T&C’s and have contacted us if you are unsure. The 100 dollars and above free shipping is not available to international clients. We hope to add more postage destinations as we grow. Please have patience with us as we increase the reach of our services. We are a very small business with big dreams.

We currently do not ship to Brazil, Colombia, Italy and Russia due to very high shipping costs. We hope to see this change in the future. All orders are sent trackable. This is to avoid theft during transport, as such all orders national and international have a flat rate to secure tracking and ensure you receive your orders. International postage fees may vary and as such start at a base rate of 25 AUD.

Items sent to Belgium and Canada may take longer as carrier services are complex between Australia and these locations. Generally, they take longer to process through customs. As such, we are working on finding ways to supply these locations but are yet to add them to our locations we ship to.

International customers are responsible for their own country’s customs regulations and import taxes.



Vouchers & Special Offers.

Vouchers and Special offers can only be offered via our official channels and mailing list, Official Instagram or Official Facebook. The valid duration of a voucher varies, please check the expiry before requesting technical assistance on voucher validity. Each voucher or special offer is subject to change. Please ensure you are subscribed to our mailing list to ensure you get the most recent information about all our offers and vouchers.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, and can only be acquired via this website unless pre-mentioned by our official accounts and our newsletters. If you are unsure of an offer please contact us first to ensure legitimacy. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before checkout.


Refunds and Exchanges.

As our products are handmade and in some cases one-of-a-kind, we only accept refunds on items that are damaged and have been successfully returned to us for asessment. If your orders shipping has already been processed, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Refunds will not be processed for lost orders by mail or couriers.
